If you want to find out how many visitors your Squarespace website gets you can do so thanks to Squarespace analytics.

Let’s take a look…

Check out the YouTube video below 👇

Head to Analytics > Traffic and here you’ll be presented with all of your web traffic stats.

It will automatically default to the last 30 days but in the top right hand corner you can change this to any timeframe you want to cover.

You’ll be presented with a page full of stats. Some of the key stats to look at include site visits, bounce rate, unique visitors and page views.

Squarespace will also create various graphs depicting your site visits, traffic sources, top devices by visits (e.g. desktop or mobile), and top browsers by visit (e.g. safari).

You can click through on all of these to find out more.

You can also dig deeper into your traffic, checking out the location of your visitors.

You can also switch to the Engagement tab which will allow you to see how users are interacting and engaging with your website, giving you insight into things such as button clicks and form completion.

There’s also a sales tab that’s useful for online stores to see stats on sales, conversions and abandoned cart rates.

While Squarespace analytics is nowhere near as in-depth as Google Analytics, it does offer some valuable top level insight and stats to help you understand how your website is performing and what can be improved.
